ACTIVE-8 Exercises -
Nathan has partnered with Phil Campbell for some very special exercises for kids. Nathan is developing a set of kid friendly workouts based on Phil Campbell's famous and effective Sprint-8 workout system (seen in O Magazine, On Fitness, Self Magazine, etc.). They start out with basic easy movements at a low intensity, but can be scaled up to challenge anyone at any age. Read about the core ACTIVE-8 workout concept, then add in some of the different fun exercises below. It is important to first read about the core concept so that you know how to use the system properly. Sample Exercises: (coming early May, 2008)
