I had a great time at the Simon Super Chefs Live! event at the West Town Mall in Knoxville, TN.  I got to interview and cook with Warren Brown (from Food Network's Sugar Rush) on stage.  Earlier I lead a live food demonstration for the West Town Mall Kidgets Club "Mini-Chefs" event.  Here, we are doing Apple Lips.  Club members got to follow along and make their own.  They also got to come up and choose recipes to watch from my DVD Video Cookbook that just came out.
